Weeds, weeds, weeds!
Spring – It is that time of year again. Cool season weeds are gloriously happy and warm season weeds are about to pop up. There is not much to be done for the cool season weeds. If you have not stayed on top of them the past few months, just mow them down, bag them if you can to reduce the number of seeds scattered, and hope for warmer weather.
To help control the warm season weeds, apply corn gluten now. Like, right now. After Valentine’s Day it will be too late. Warm season weeds are about to sprout and then all the corn gluten will do is fertilize your lawn. Which is not a bad thing, just a pit pricey if it’s not working to control your weeds too.
