Enclosure to hide utilities:

The shallow enclosure on the wall is only 12 inches deep and will have double sliding doors to access the irrigation system, water outlet and hose, and the electrical outlets. 

The railing overlooking the pool:

Option 1 – raised planter with an access through the bottom 2 boards for irrigation line access.

Option 2 – Bench with irrigation lines enclosed in a low box with removable top for access.
